I won a Ford Falcon sedan for around $18,000. Paid the deposit and went for the viewing in Brisbane. While the inspection report was good, I found a significant electrical issue during my own inspection that wasn't mentioned. Credit to Rogers Cars, their 12-day return policy was a lifesaver. The agent handled the return and refund professionally without any fuss. Ended up finding a different car elsewhere, but it's good to know they stand by their policy.
