Won an auction for a Nissan Navara, paid the 10% deposit (around $2,500 on a $25,000 vehicle). After that, the communication from the Sales Agent dropped off a bit. Had to chase them up a few times to schedule the viewing at their Brisbane site. The ute itself was fine and matched the report, but the process felt a bit clunky after the initial win. Got it sorted in the end, but it was a bit frustrating.
